Targa, pies and a bike show

We had an interesting and busy day today, and relaxing. Yes, all that and it was relaxing.
First up we went to check out the Woodbridge stage of Targa, as we do every year. I took one picture, of the cute little Fiat.

Hubby and I then left the kids to their own devices and we took off on the bike and headed to Huonville. We stopped at the market for lunch – from my favourite pie people. Hubby had the lamb and I chose their pumpkin ravioli with pumpkin, spinach and feta. Beautiful.

We got lots of questions on whether we were headed to the car and bike show. We weren’t but as it was only 20 mins away decided to check it out.
Thew were lots of muscle cars, a few newer ones and a small but nice collection of bikes. And the weather was Hot!
I like a nice old Jag.

An original Sandman, aka a shaggin wagon.

And there’s something about the big old Cadillac I can’t resist.

A nice ride back, this time through a lovely windy stretch that was closed earlier.

Tomorrow the week begins again, and school starts here on Wednesday for the year.
Happy Sunday 🙂

  1. Beautiful weather and Tom-Sawyer-like adventure. The professor approves. 🙂
