Sunday morning.
0 degrees C.
8.30 am.
Icy roads and a little sunshine.
And The Mountain looking good with it’s ‘dusting of icing sugar’
Have a great day.

You should read temperature in F…

I’d rather not thanks. Zero is bad enough.

But in F, 0 is 32 degrees. Much better, I think.

I know, but it would seem weird to have freezing weather and it says 32. Mind over matter and all that.

It’s beautiful! If I ever leave Melbourne I think Hobart is the only place I could go. The lure of the cold is irresistible.

We would welcome you with open arms. It is certainly a gorgeous place, hence out returning here. π

I haven’t been to Tassie in 30 years but your photos always bring back memories of the week we spent driving around your lovely island. It struck me then as a place I could happily live, but of course family are all here so relocating wasn’t really an option. But who knows, maybe one day when the summers get too hot on the mainland. π

What a hoot to read your weather! Today was 90 degrees and close to a triple digit heat index. Summer has settled in. Unfortunately, we’ve had a lot of rain. If a hurricane blows through, we could lose a lot of trees as the ground is super saturated.

The temp got marginally better, and the sun warmed up. but the conversion of yours is equally as uncomfortable. I’m am not a lover of hot weather. Enjoy your summer π
