OMG! Look what arrived this morning

From the US of A to Australia, from my amazing and beautiful friend….
COFFEE and S’MORES!!!
I cannot ask for much more. This is going to be fun. Although I’m not sure if the marshmallows and chocolate will last…
At least I can learn how to take better pictures of my food while I’m at it.

Have a great day, I know I will be 😀

    • Oh yeah!!! There’s not much else to top those…. So with coffee coming out my ears now, (I had just bought 3 bags of beans) and chocolate and marshmallows – hoooge marshmallows, I am a happy camper.. 🙂

  2. LOL, roasting marshmallows is best while camping, next to the fire. Find a long green stick (Dad would find them on trees) and carve the end to a point, put the marshmallow on it and put it over the hot coals (one sibling liked them burnt, so they put it in the fire (=torch)) when nice and brown put it in the chocolate layered graham…the chocolate melts and OMG!!! Have fun!

    • Sure, but you want to be quick, not sure they’ll last too long… I’ve had to hide it in the pantry til I’m ready to do them. 🙂

      • lol – Yes, I’m a pantry hider as well! A certain person who shall remain nameless has been known to finish off a packet of biscuits [cookies?] instead of having breakfast. 😉

      • Isn’t it funny how it’s those small differences in language that trip you up? I still can’t get used to the idea that in the US biscuits actually mean something like our scones. 🙂

      • Can you imagine eating biscuits and gravy here. With our biscuits. Lol eww. Scotch fingers, teddy bears, haha, timtams…
Speaking of something different…after hearing so much about it I had to try pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. That is to die for. The sweet and salty is just perfect together.

      • Timtams and gravy!?! -goes green- Thank god I’ve had dinner already :p

I love pancakes and bacon and maple syrup but… all together? I’ll have to take your word on that one!

      • The bacon combo: you should try it. It is really good!
As for the other, yeah, I turned a bit green thinking about it… It’s like putting tomato sauce on everything, like ice cream…

      • Sure you will… Go find a pie. Not yet on the food. I am insanely strong willed when I need to be. I have to get a little bonfire for the s’mores… A for the coffee, I had already opened the ones I bought myself. And the photography book is going to be a huge help. (This was something I had bought but dimwits sold it to me even though they wouldn’t post it to me, go figure)

      • That’s bizarre – about not sending you something you’d bought. I know there are some things I can’t buy on Amazon because of region issues but they give me a nice error message when that happens… before I pay my money.

      • Ha, longish story. I bought the book and paid for it. When it didn’t arrive I thought I’d somehow not gone all the way through the cart process so I forgot about it. I have done that before, thinking I’ve bought something and actually not. I’m back on their website recently and decide to check my account, only to see, yes I’d paid for it, but their note said ‘cannot ship outside the US’. an email later and they are happy to send it to my friend to forward. Weird, coz its a book, not anything dangerous.

  4. Yummy is right! That looks like a snowy day around here! Enjoy!

    • Ooh, snow, nice. I imagine s’mores are meant to be cooked over a fire… Might have to improvise somewhat. I had to hide the ingredients so others, and me, would to eat them. I know a little person who would no doubt like to gobble them up.
